Manages every branch, finances and reports from one place.

Reception

Takes payments and registers new students and leads.

Teacher

Runs attendance, grades and the course plan in real time.

Parent

Sees a child's attendance, grades and debt in the Telegram bot.

Student

Attendance is marked automatically with a QR card at check-in.

Verification

Payment receipts and certificates are checked openly via QR code.

Leads

New clients arrive automatically from website forms.

Sound familiar?

Most centers run on Excel, notebooks and Telegram groups. The tools aren't the problem — the data just isn't connected.

You dig through several files to find who owes money

Debts are calculated automatically from payments and attendance

You calculate teacher salaries by hand at month end

Salaries update live from attendance and payments

When you're away, you don't know what's happening

See revenue and attendance from your phone in real time

Nobody knows who changed the file

Every action is recorded with who and when

Everything for day-to-day work

Modules are connected: mark attendance and debts and salaries update on their own.

Real-time dashboard

Revenue, debt and attendance update live over sockets — no refresh needed.

Fast attendance

Teachers mark attendance in seconds — updates live and flows straight into reports.

Payments & debt

Partial payments, refunds and debt are calculated automatically — receipts are QR-verified.

Automatic payroll

Percentage pay, advances and withdrawals are calculated live from attendance and payments.

Multi-branch management

Run multiple branches from a single account, each with its own team.

Permissions & audit log

Every action is logged with who and when. Staff only see the sections they're allowed to.

How it starts

Before you buy, we show the system using your own center. We help with migration and setup.

Live examples from the app

A system that makes students want to learn

WENET is more than bookkeeping. It motivates students every day, brings parents into the process and shows the center its results in numbers. The cards below are exact copies of real app screens.

01Parents

Parents are the first to know

Parents don't install an app or remember a password. They share their phone number with the Telegram bot and the system finds their child by that number. From then on, updates about every lesson, grade and payment arrive automatically.

  • 1

A short report after every lesson

A few minutes after the lesson ends, parents get a message with the date, the grade given and the next lesson time. If the child moved up in the group, a line like “Place in group: 5 → 3 ⬆” is added.

  • 2

    Attendance — during the lesson

As soon as the teacher marks attendance, a “Present”, “Absent” or “Late” message goes out. If a child skipped class, the parent knows right away, not in the evening.

  • 3

    Payments and debt — transparent

Every payment comes with an e-receipt and a QR code whose authenticity can be checked on the website. If a debt appears, it says exactly which month and how much.

  • 4

    Several children, several centers

All children linked to one number are in one app. Even if a child studies at two different centers, everything is in one place, each center with its own data.

Free for parents. The center decides which notifications are sent — for example, grades can be hidden.

02Student ranking

A fair monthly ranking in every group

Students see their place within their group. The ranking is calculated automatically from the teacher's grades and attendance — nobody can change it by hand.

  • 1

The number of grades counts too

The ranking is not a plain average. A student with two “10”s won't overtake one with a 9.5 average across 25 grades — results with few grades are pulled toward the middle (the IMDb rating method).

  • 2

    Ties are broken by attendance

Students with equal grade scores are separated by attendance rate. If that is equal too, both share the same place.

  • 3

    A new chance every month

The ranking resets on the 1st of every month. A newcomer, or someone who fell behind last month, can be number one this month.

  • 4

    Medals for the top 3

1st, 2nd and 3rd place get gold, silver and bronze medals. Everyone else sees a clear goal, like “2 steps to a medal”.

The same formula is used in the teacher panel and in the parent and student app — the numbers match everywhere.

03Competition

Healthy competition: achievements and streaks

It's not only about first place — every student can earn their own achievement. Over the month they compete for 7 different badges and track their progress live in the app.

  • 1

    7 achievement badges

Perfect attendance, Excellent, Flawless, Fire streak, Tens streak, Group champion and Most improved. Each has a clear rule: “Fire streak”, for example, means attending 10 lessons in a row.

  • 2

    Progress is visible live

The “This month's progress” section shows things like 3/4 grades for Excellent or 7/10 lessons for a streak. If a condition breaks, the reason is shown — “A grade below 8”.

  • 3

    Motivation, not comparison

Parents and students only see their own place: other children's names and grades are never shown. There is competition, but nobody is shamed.

  • 4

    A celebration at month end

On the 1st of every month badges are awarded automatically and a “New achievements” message arrives in Telegram. Badges stack up — “×3” means it was earned three times.

The achievement system is enabled by tariff. If the center hides grades, grade-related badges are not shown.

04WECOIN

Coins for studying, rewards for coins

WECOIN is an in-branch game currency. Students earn coins for good grades, completed homework, attending lessons and their place in the ranking, then exchange them for rewards in the center's shop.

  • 1

    The center sets the rules

    For example: a «10» grade — 2 coins, «8» — 1, homework done — 2, attended a lesson — 1, 1st place in the monthly ranking — 10. Each branch has its own rules.

  • 2

    Earned live during the month

In the Telegram app students see how many coins they are earning («This month +24»). At month end coins are added to the balance automatically and the bot sends a message.

  • 3

    Branch shop

The center adds rewards: a pen, a book, a T-shirt, a free lesson… Students buy, like items, and if coins aren't enough they see a «34 more needed» progress bar.

  • 4

    Purchases reach staff instantly

The order arrives at reception right away. When the reward is handed over or refunded (coins go back to the balance), the student sees «Handed over / Pending / Refunded» in their history.

WECOIN isn't real money and works only inside the branch. It's enabled via the plan and configured per branch.

05Student growth

Growth in numbers, not words

Not only the strongest student is recognized, but also the one who improved the most. Every month WENET compares the average grade with the previous month and shows growth precisely.

  • 1

    Month-by-month dynamics

Average grade and attendance rate are calculated separately for each month. Parents see a concrete change like “7.2 → 8.4”, not a vague “doing well”.

  • 2

    “Most improved” badge

The student whose average grade rose the most in the group gets a dedicated badge at month end. To keep it fair, at least 4 grades are required in both months.

  • 3

    An early signal for teachers

With the group's monthly attendance and grades table, teachers spot who is falling behind early and help in time.

  • 4

    Results for the center

Parents who see their child grow keep studying. Transparent results are the most reliable way to keep students at the center longer.

Growth is calculated only from real grades — no estimated or manually entered figures.

Questions before a demo

What center owners ask most. The rest is on the FAQ page.

Isn't it expensive?

A single forgotten student debt in a month usually costs more than the subscription. Add the 2-3 days that go into calculating payroll at month end. Exact prices are on the Pricing page.

Who migrates our old data?

We do. You provide student lists by group (name, phone, price). We deliberately do not import payment history: in an old spreadsheet it is impossible to tell reliably which figure is a payment and which is a debt, and a wrong financial record stays in the system forever. Instead we enter a single opening balance per student.

I'm worried my staff won't manage it

A teacher effectively sees two things: attendance and their own pay. The reception interface is deliberately simplified too. Video lessons are built into the system, and we help hands-on for the first week.

If I can't pay, is my data deleted?

No. The system switches to read-only: you can see everything but can't add new records. Once payment goes through, everything continues where it left off.
