1. Subject of the agreement

[TO'LDIRILSIN — MChJ/YaTT to'liq nomi] (the Provider) grants the right to use the WENET platform (https://wenet.uz) on a subscription basis, and the Customer pays for the selected plan.

2. Acceptance of the offer

Registering on the platform or paying for a subscription constitutes full acceptance of this offer and is equivalent to a written agreement.

3. Plans and limits

Each plan sets limits on the number of branches, students and staff, as well as the set of available features. Current plans and prices are published at https://wenet.uz/pricing.

4. Payment terms

The subscription is paid in advance on a monthly basis. Payment is made in Uzbek soums. Once payment is confirmed, the subscription period is extended automatically.

5. End of subscription

When the subscription period ends, the account is not deleted and no data is lost — the platform switches to view-only (read-only) mode: existing data can be viewed, while adding or changing records is blocked. Full access is restored after payment.

6. Obligations of the parties

The Provider keeps the platform running, backs up data and provides technical support. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered, the permissions granted to its staff, and obtaining the consent required to enter students' data.

7. Liability

The Provider is not liable for the consequences of incorrect data entered by the Customer's staff, a lost password, or access granted to third parties. The Provider's liability is limited to the amount of the last monthly subscription payment.

8. Data ownership

All data the Customer enters into the platform belongs to the Customer. The Provider uses this data only to deliver the service and does not share it with third parties without the Customer's written consent.

9. Termination

Either party may end the relationship by not renewing the subscription for the next period. In that case, the Customer is given a reasonable period to export their data.
