About the center: name, address, branches, plan and payment details. About staff: name, phone number, role, salary settings. About students: name, phone number, parent's phone number, group, attendance and payments. Technical data: IP address, browser type, sign-in times, the in-app activity log (Audit Log).

3. How the data is used

Data is used only so the platform can do its job: tracking attendance and payments, calculating salaries, preparing reports, sending notifications and providing technical support. Data is not sold to third parties for advertising.

4. Data of minors

Students on the platform may include minors. Entering their data and obtaining consent from a legal guardian is the responsibility of the learning center (the customer). WENET processes this data only on the center's instructions.

5. Storage and protection

Data is stored on servers, and passwords are stored in irreversible (hashed) form. Each center's data is logically separated — one center cannot access another's data. The database is backed up automatically every day.

6. Sharing with third parties

Data is shared only in these cases: with the payment system to process a payment; through a Telegram bot the user connected themselves, to send them messages; with authorized bodies where required by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

7. User rights

You have the right to request to view, correct or delete data about you. Send your request to [TO'LDIRILSIN — rasmiy email]. Financial records are not deleted due to reporting requirements; they are marked as cancelled instead.

8. Cookies and analytics

The site uses browser storage to keep your session. Visit analytics services may also be used — they collect aggregated data that does not identify individuals.
