Frequently asked questions
Is it paid?
No. The bot is completely free for parents. The service is covered by the learning center's WENET subscription.
Is my data safe?
You only see students linked to your own phone number. Every request is verified with a Telegram signature, so nobody can log in on your behalf.
My child studies at several centers
No problem. If each center saves your number, all of them appear in one bot as separate cards.
Too many messages?
In the bot settings you can mute notification types, for example keep only payments and debt.
